BREATHE - OPTIMIZE - PERFORM

Reflective Performance Reset (RPR) is a daily self care system of breathing techniques and 'wake up' drills designed to reset harmful compensation patterns within the body. 

RPR achieves this by looking at the body through a Neurological lense.

Our usual go to for any injury or performance related issue is to look at the muscles, joints, movement, etc. While these are all great things to look at, if we are not addressing the Nervous System and reconnecting the 'wires' to work correctly we will always be under performing and coasting through life!

Think about this for a moment, our body has different 'tools' for different jobs. When we perform an exercise for example we have primary muscles and secondary muscles. 

Now, we don't have to use the right tools for the right job; and to be honest a lot of us actually don't. 

Think about putting a nail into a wall.....You have the choice of two tools, a hammer and a water bottle. Both these tools will get the nail into the wall, it's just one is going to be easier and less painful while the other will require much more effort and over time, let's say 100 nails later it breaks! (of course, we are talking about the water bottle breaking here) 

Your body is no different, you're using the wrong tools for the job and you don't even know it!

RPR will reset the body like the hammer, it will start using the right tools for the job.
